Born and raised in small-town Minnesota, I had a [way too] quick stint across the border while attending Augustana University where I studied journalism and English. While I loved Sioux Falls, after I graduated I made my way back to the land of 10,000 lakes.

Currently living in Owatonna with my boyfriend, Luke, and our Shar Pei/Daschund rescue, Winston, we're situated just between Mankato, Rochester, & the Twin Cities leaving the perfect opportunity to stay busy with all that south-central Minnesota has to offer.

 

Instead, I spend most of my time on the comforts of my couch bingewatching my favorite shows, unable to put down the next novel on my to-read list, or researching the next concert I want to attend. I also send every person I know daily photos of my adorable niece, Penelope.
